HRD 852 Organizational Development and Change
What do you want students to take away from your classes? What do they learn?
Students will learn how organizations and the individuals within them function. Students will get to know the theories and models used to understand and develop organizations.
What types of projects do your students do in the online courses?
Projects may include a mind mapping exercise, a reflection journal, and/or an organizational diagnosis.
What advice would you give to students considering an online MBA program?
Be prepared to focus your undivided attention and know that it will pass all too quickly.
What is the value of a higher degree in the field in which you teach? What are some of the skills students gain in this program?
Hands-on experience that is applicable right away.
