  • What do you want students to take away from your classes? What do they learn?

    Students will learn to understand how organizations and the individuals within those organizations function. They will get to know the theories and models used in understanding and developing organizations.

  • What types of projects do your students do in the online courses?

    Projects may include a mind-mapping exercise, a reflection journal, and/or an organizational diagnosis.

  • What advice would you give to students considering an online MBA program?

    Be prepared to focus your undivided attention and know that it will pass all too quickly.

  • What is the value of an MBA? What are some of the skills students gain in this program?

    Students will gain hands-on experience that is applicable right away.
