    Students will learn how organizations and the individuals within them function. Students will get to know the theories and models used to understand and develop organizations.

    Projects may include a mind mapping exercise, a reflection journal, and/or an organizational diagnosis.

  • What advice would you give to students considering an online MBA program?

    Be prepared to focus your undivided attention and know that it will pass all too quickly.
